Dear School Parents,
Praise the Lord! Listed below are the costs for tuition, books, and standard fess for the upcoming 2009-2010 school year. Please review them carefully. The tuition and bus fees are payable in 10 monthly installments. Account statements will be sent out on the 1st of the new month and are payable upon receipt. Late payments received after the end of the month will be reflected in the next month’s billing and will be subject to a $20 late fee. TUITION OVERDUE AFTER ONE MONTH WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC SUSPENSION FROM SCHOOL. STUDENTS WILL BE READMITTED WHEN THE OVERDUE AMOUNT IS CLEARED. NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN FOR LOST SCHOOL DAYS. All accounts should be fully paid by June 30, 2009. No school records, including report cards and transfer records, will be released until all accounts are cleared.

All book costs are due by July 15, 2009. No books will be ordered until payment is made. Standard fees are due by August 15th. No student will be permitted to attend class until all costs for books and standard fees (except busing) are paid. A $25 charge will be added for all returned checks.
